Providing online therapy to children, teens, adults, and families located in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont
About me:
I’m a Licensed (Independent) Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping clients navigate life stressors and mental health challenges. I provide virtual therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families located in Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont.
I’m passionate about helping people discover their strength and resilience—whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, parenting stress, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life. I offer a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.
My work is grounded in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and social justice–oriented lens, honoring how identity, relationships, and systemic inequities shape our lived experiences. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming therapist, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are respected and supported.
I hold licenses in New Hampshire (LICSW: 2226), Maine (LCSW: LC20915), and Vermont (LICSW: 089.0134830TELE).

I understand that it takes a lot of courage and strength to seek help at any stage of life. I provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals across the lifespan who are interested in improving their mental health and relationships through individual or family therapy. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with life transitions, experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, exploring identity and sexuality, or are feeling overwhelmed trying to balance the responsibilities of growing up or parenthood.
My goal is to support you in finding your inner compass, increasing your awareness of the barriers preventing you from realizing your authentic life, and developing the tools and strategies required to overcome those barriers.
I will support you in clarifying your hopes for therapy and look forward to working alongside you on your path toward your goals. Together we will partner to help you gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors.
