Frequently Asked Questions

You should expect to hear from me by email (unless requested otherwise) within 1-2 business days.
In that email, I’ll try to answer any immediate questions that you might have and move forward with scheduling a consultation call.

A free 15 minute consultation call offers the opportunity for me to get a better sense of what you’re looking for from therapy, to answer any questions that you might have, and to give us both a chance to see if we'd be a good fit.
I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

It depends! Consultation calls can offer an important opportunity to make sure that I’m able provide the kind of support that you’re looking for. However; if scheduling a consultation call feels like a barrier to getting started with therapy, please reach out and we can discuss more!

If you are the legal guardian, yes! I do offer an additional consult session to establish some level of buy-in from minor clients before beginning therapy.
If you are trying to support a loved one in accessing services, they do need to be the one providing consent for treatment. With their consent, I’m always happy to include a support person in the consultation calls or initial sessions, if appropriate.
